About Me
I’m a father of three energetic young boys and they were, in fact, Home Mosque’s very first students. It all started in our living room, with Qur’an recitation, hadith stories, and lessons about Allah’s mercy. As my wife and I watched their love for Islam grow, we realised something: every Muslim parent should have access to this kind of authentic, structured, and heart-centred Islamic education at home. That’s how Home Mosque was born.
My own journey began when I embraced Islam in 2004. From that day, I made a promise to seek authentic knowledge, a promise I’ve kept through years of study with traditional scholars like Sayyid Shaykh Atabek Shukurov al-Nasafi, learning Arabic grammar, morphology, and rhetoric, Hanafi fiqh, Maturidi and comparative theology, and adab (Islamic etiquette).
Alongside my studies, I spent over a decade in the optical industry, later branching into academic editing, content writing, and Arabic-to-English translation. But my heart has always been in sharing Islam’s beauty and clarity with others, especially with our children, who are tomorrow’s ummah.
As a parent, I understand your concerns: the world is fast, distractions are endless, and our children’s faith needs to be nurtured with love, not just rules. At Home Mosque, I’m committed to giving your child an education that’s not only authentic and traditionally grounded, but also inspiring one that lights their hearts with iman and gives them the confidence to live proudly as Muslims.
