Every Seeds of Iman purchase comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. We want every family to feel the course was worth it.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee

If Seeds of Iman isn't right for your family, you can get a full refund. To qualify:

  1. Work through the lessons in the first three modules with your child.

  2. Attend at least one live webinar.

  3. Email us within 30 days of your purchase date.

If you've done these and genuinely feel it wasn't worth it, we'll refund the full amount you paid. No forms and no need to explain.

We ask for these steps so your child gets a fair chance to experience both the lessons and the live support before you decide.

How to ask for a refund

Email info@homemosque.com with:

  • the email address you used to buy

  • your order number, which is on your receipt

  • a short note saying you'd like a refund

We'll confirm within 3 working days. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually show up within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank. Course access ends once the refund is processed.

Your 14-day right to cancel

Under UK law you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. Because the course is digital and starts straight away, at checkout you ask for immediate access and confirm you understand this 14-day right ends once access begins. If your access hasn't started for any reason, you can still cancel within 14 days for a full refund.

Our 30-day guarantee goes further than this, so most families will use the guarantee.



If something's wrong with the course

If the course is faulty or doesn't match its description, you're protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, whatever the date. Email us and we'll fix it. If we can't, you'll be entitled to a full or partial refund.

For login problems, videos not playing or a missing webinar link, email info@homemosque.com and we'll sort it out quickly.

When we can't give a refund

  • The request comes more than 30 days after purchase, unless your legal rights above apply.

  • The guarantee steps above haven't been completed.

  • Your access was suspended for breaking our Terms of service, for example by sharing your login or copying content.

  • You're asking for the difference between a founding price and a later price.

  • Your household has already had a refund for Seeds of Iman before.

Before filing a chargeback

Please email us first. We reply quickly and can usually solve the problem faster than your bank can. Course access is paused while a chargeback is being reviewed.
